When will Solène products be available? We officially launch September 1, 2025 @ 12:00pm PST

Do you ship overseas? We hope to ship overseas soon. Unfortunately, we do not currently have the ability to ship overseas. Please check back for updates.

How long will it take to get my order? Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How are shipping costs calculated? Shipping is calculated by weight and dimension by the postal carrier.

How do I get free shipping? Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

Can I return my product? Solène is fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to be happy with our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at info@sheissolene.com. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 30 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or store credit only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. Returns will not be processed without first contacting us for approval.

My bath tea bag broken open, what do I do? It happens. Bath tea bags can tear open, or break open on their own due to the oils in the bath tea. Simply pour into the bath and enjoy.

Are Solène products cruelty-free? Yes! We never test on animals nor do we partner with any suppliers that do animal testing.

Are Solène products vegan? While we do not use any animal products in our formulations, we do use honey which is an animal by product. Please check individual product listings for full ingredients.

Are Solène products organic? Many products contain mostly organic ingredients. Please see individual product ingredients for USDA certified organic ingredients.

Are preservatives used in your products? Preservatives that are considered gentle on skin are added to our products containing water. Water carries bacteria. Bacteria produces mold. Preservatives stop the production of bacteria and mold.

Are formaldehyde-releasing preservatives used in your products? Absolutely not. Only preservatives that are considered gentle on skin are added to our products containing water. For reference, common formaldehyde-releasing preservatives are: DMDM Hydantoin, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Diazolidinyl Urea, Quaternium-15, Bronopol (2-Bromo-2-Nitropropane-1,3-Diol), Methenamine, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Polyoxymethylene Urea. We do not use these preservatives and feel the importance of informing our customers.
